Following message from Dartford Borough Council announcing three Consultations - Residents of Walnut Tree Avenue attention is drawn to the Consultation on 'Parking Conditions'

We’re consulting on our Private Sector Housing Enforcement Policy, which explains what action the Council can take when landlords, owners, agents or property managers do not meet the required standards.

We’re also consulting on our Civil Penalties Policy, which sets out the fines the Council can issue when private landlords fail to comply with housing legislation, including the Renters’ Rights Act.

Your views will help shape how we support safe, well-managed private rented homes.
