A little late but following messag received today from Kent Highway Services -

Thames Water - Emergency Road Closure - Hook Green Lane, Dartford - 23rd August 2025

It will be necessary to close Hook Green Lane, Dartford from 23rd August 2025 for up to 10 days.

The road will be closed at Outside 20 .

The alternative route is via Hook Green Lane, Leyton Cross Road, Oakfield Lane, Common Lane, Broad Lane, Hook Green Lane and REVERSED.

This is to enable Utility repair works to be carried out by Thames Water.
