Unpaid Carers Engagement Event - 10th March

Please see the above poster regarding Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust's (DGT) first unpaid carers engagement event, to be held on Tuesday 10th March.

The aim of the day is to bring together unpaid carers and DGT patients who rely on unpaid carers, alongside Trust staff, healthcare professionals and community partners who are committed to improving carer involvement during hospital stays. The day will be collaborative, allowing people to share their experiences and insights, and we hope to end with a clear path to improving the support we offer to carers.
