PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT Change of use and conversion of existing former school building to 8 flats and the erection of 5 x 3bed detached houses, along with new wheelchair accessible ramp, enlarged vehicle access, car parking, cycle parking, refuse store and extensive landscaping (including landscaped communal area)
As a Statutory Consultee the Parish Council will be considering a response to the proposed development at the Meeting of the Council to be held at Oakfield Park Pavilion on Wednesday 1st July 2026 commencing at 7.00pm.
