Following announcement received from Kent Highway Services today -

Erith Connect Ltd - Temporary Road Closure - Oakfield Lane, Dartford - 10th August 2026 for 19 days

The road will be closed outside North Kent College.

The alternative route is via Oakfield Lane, Heath Lane Upper, B2174 Princes Road, A225 Lowfield Street/Hawley Road and vice versa.

Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while the installation of new Gas, Electric and Water supplies for new development are undertaken by Erith Connect Ltd.
