Thank you to Wilmington Parish Council for bringing together residents and other interested parties back in the summer to facilitate the dialogue which set the ball rolling towards this outcome.

The Parish Council thanks County Councillor Cecil for his involvent in and commitment in bringing this long-running saga to a close.
