Based in Dartford, Kent. SLGR organizes structured running sessions, designed to boost runners’ speed and stamina. New runners are always welcome! SLGR is proudly affiliated with UK Athletics.

7 pm each Tuesday sees both 5 km and 8 km runs leave from The Dart, Chastilian Road, Dartford, DA1 3JJ and these are ALWAYS FREE. Why not come along for a chat and run? From beginners to more experienced runners, all abilities are welcome.
